The Board of Directors of the Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund regularly examines the effectiveness of its consultants, and in its due diligence, issues an RFP for all consultants on a 5 to 8 year cycle.  Gerber Taylor Capital Advisors in Memphis, TN is the current Investment Consultant for the Fund, and the RFP will go out within a few weeks.  The RFP is open to any investment consultant service that meets the minimum qualifications established by the Board and the decision to hire a candidate will be based upon the consultant’s ability to meet the needs of the Board.
