At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Fire and Police Pension Fund held on the 16th day of October 2014, President Chris Willmore presided. The meeting was held at the Pension Office, 6009 John Douglass Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
The meeting convened at 0907 hours with board members Chris Willmore, Mark Coffman, Kelly Simmons, Phillip McClain, and Less Lee. Attorney Bill Robinson was also present. Craig Joel, Jerome Halbert, and Brent Goldberg were excused absences.
Motion by Less Lee and seconded by Mark Coffman to approve the minutes from the October 2, 2014 meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
Attorney Robinson updated the Board on the status of the Frazier lawsuit.
Motion by Phillip McClain and seconded by Kelly Simmons to approve the following membership changes:

Frank Hamilton made a report to the Board on an educational webinar he attended regarding Internal Revenue Service tax qualification of governmental retirement plans. Mr. Hamilton also reported that accountants from Lattimore, Black, Morgan, and Cain were in the office this week conducting the annual Compilation and Agreed Upon Procedures. He added that all retirement calculator spreadsheets have been completed and were submitted, along with a request for review of the 1% refund, to LBMC for review.
Motion by Phillip McClain and seconded by Mark Coffman to adjourn at 0946 hours. Motion carried unanimously.
