Craig Joel, Secretary At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Fire and Police Pension Fund held on the 2nd day of April 2015, President Chris Willmore presided. The meeting was held at the Pension Office, 6009 John Douglass Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
The meeting convened at 0903 hours with Directors Chris Willmore, Craig Joel, Mark Coffman, Phillip McClain, Jerome Halbert and Kelly Simmons. Attorney Cameron Hill was also present.
Motion by Jerome Halbert and seconded by Craig Joel to approve the minutes from the March 19, 2015 meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
Attorney Hill updated the Board and answered their questions regarding the Frazier and Dodd lawsuits.
