At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Fire and Police Pension Fund held on the 4th day of April 2013, President Terry Knowles presided. The meeting was held at the Pension Office, 6009 John Douglass Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
The meeting convened at 0919 hours with board members Terry Knowles, Jerome Halbert, Shawn O’Kelley Phillip McClain, Chris Willmore, and Ray Ryan. Attorney Bill Robinson was also present. Corliss Cooper was an excused absence.
Motion by Jerome Halbert and seconded by Shawn O’Kelley to approve the minutes from the March 21, 2013 meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
FFS Tracy Williams appeared before the Board to inform the Board that he had been released to return to work by Dr. Kodsi. Terry Knowles asked Tracy Williams if he had any other doctors that have stated he is unable to work due to a job-related injury; Tracy replied no he did not. Terry Knowles informed him that he no longer qualifies for a disability if he is actively working and dismissed the disability application.
Attorney Bill Robinson gave a brief legal update regarding an inquiry to NAPPA membership.
Motion by Chris Willmore and seconded by Phillip McClain to accept the following membership changes:

Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Chris Willmore and seconded by Jerome Halbert to pay the bills. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Phillip McClain and seconded by Jerome Halbert to adjourn at 0935 hours. Motion carried unanimously.
